    To let you guys know something, it is possible to get ten pack abs. You have to work hard as for them though. I looked it up on google and saw some pics of a guy with like ten or twelev, but lets call it ten. Then I saw this human muscles body picture and it showed ten abdominals.

    also to reply to james9333333333, theres a very simple reason why he’s included push ups and pull ups etc, in the routine. simply because the more muscle you have the easier your body can burn fat, including the fat around your stomach. i mean come on, ever seen a guy with tiny tiny arms and a ripped six pack? i dont think so.

    this is not all you have to do to get six pack abs, you also need proper nutrition and interval anerobic training which he HAS ON HIS WEBSITE. all you twats seriously need to check it out, he knows what he is talking about, i followed the sixteen week program completely as its laid out, i got much leaner, fitter, and six pack abs.

    You need to eat low carb diets meaning low bread and rice. If you have stomach fat and perform ab workouts, the muscle will be hidden UNDER the fat. Only cardio excercise will burn fat, muscle-build workouts will NOT!

    If someone engages in a workout program, and they get a “6 pack”, it does not mean the workout program is effective. If I administer a medicine that is supposed to cure cancer to 1,000 patients in a double blind placebo controlled study, and only 5 of them get better, the medicine does not work. Why did those 5 get better? Whatever the reason, the medicine should NOT be prescribed to those in need. See, this is called “science”. The program in the vid is ineffective for the same reasons.

    Following this program is extremely inefficient. I’m sure if you dieted enough, and did all that you see here enough, your body would eventually change SOMEWHAT.

    The fact is, there’s nothing here that squats, deadlifts, back work and bench presses couldn’t do 10xs better and faster, especially where getting a 6 pack is concerned.
