To everyone …
To everyone wondering how upper body exercises net you a six pack, consider this:
1) This workout is designed to burn fat. You already have abs, they’re just buried.
2) All of these exercises work your abs in some way — as long as you use correct form. The pushups won’t work your abs properly unless you keep your body straight.
Not so sure about the military press, though. But hey, who doesn’t want shoulders!

no it wont. weight …
no it wont. weight will though. look when you do push ups pull ups crunches none will make u shorter now weight liftin as in using your back by that i mean like liftin heavy with your arms even if it isnt so heavy your still applying unnecessary pressure on ur spinal chord, a way to work arms is well simply pushups and pull ups thats like the best without weight liftin. the pushups will give u chest strenght and arm resistence. pullups substitute the weight liftin and its better for your back.

What these workouts …
What these workouts are designed 2 do is strengthen your entire core. that is abs, chest, and so on… this gives ou the abs, but running and cardio things like that burn fat to reveal it.
