woa, thats some good shit. i just checked your website (btw, im 15 so i somewhat scaled down your exercise cuz im not really overweight) and did the broomstick exercise but with 2lb weights. I also did that squat stuff, did some push ups, and dam i broke a sweat but feel pretty good!!! i highly recommend you follow what this guy is saying, he knows what hes talking about

Man…..All You gotta do is drink alot of water nothing else and dont do weight lifting ( free weight exercises) Do some crunches, push ups, and pull ups and Some Areobic exercises like biking, jogging and swimming for like 30 minutes Dont worry about dieting just eat healthy foods No junk food It works I’ve been doing that for 2 weeks and i’ve lost 10 pounds

sorry to hear michale im 13 and i weight 165. hehe i work out since i was 12 years old and lift weight. i lift weight at least 120-165 pounds and i run a mile each day. u c if u want abs doing crunches wont do it. u need to diet and do aerobic excersice well good luck.

don’t weight train now, do it when you’re older. you’ll stunt your growth if you weigh train at this age but jogging/running etc. is excellent for your health at any age.
