There is no such thing as “6-pack abs fast”. You cant buy 6-pack abs from an infomercial or get them from a bottle. Getting 6-pack abs is simple but takes alot of work - eat less and exercise more. This video shows you how to do both.
Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

For leg muscle your going to want to hit the weights doing squats, dead lifts, leg extensions, leg curls, and calf raise. You could also alternate in some single leg press and some lunges. Lifting weights wont make you huge, so if your worried about that don't be. Also instead of just doing cardio try a total body weight workout that has low rest times and is pretty intense. That will get your heart going and help you shed some pounds.

Basically I want a prominent six pack, im around 4-5% body fat, 15 years old, and need some exercises on how I can get those ABS to show more. I do swimming every day for cardio fitness. Im a guy .I also want to tone and flatten my abs/ belly. I know its a bit late as the summer (if you call grey skies ’summer’) is over but im prepared to put A LOT of work and commitment in. Thanks.
I’ve looked this up a million times, i’m doing the same thing
1. Cardio - you can’t do anything without cardio, you will have abs and they will be hidden behind fat. Get in the habit of waking up and going for a run/swim/jog 3 - 7 times a week. (half hour - hour)
2. Crunches - To workout your top abs (do not hurry these up, slowly, don’t use momentum to go faster, you want to strain your muscles)

Side Crunches - To workout your middle abs. Same as crunches, except go from side to side (elbow to opposite knee, twist as you are coming up) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJq7gsREvr0&feature=related
Leg Raises - To workout bottom abs, lie down flat on your back, and lift your legs 6 inches. Now lift them as high as you can until they are nearly vertical, then back down near the ground but don’t touch the ground. This is a complete ab workout. Once you have mastered these, you can add weights to train further. Or you can go to your gym later on, and do them on machines. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzD0T9zHdOA)
Drink lots of water, buy protein pills from a pharmacy to enhance muscle growth if your serious about making some muscles.
Remember, you absolutely NEED to be doing cardio (running.swimming etc.) as well.

so i have been doing sit ups everynight for over a year now, and i was hopeing for nice flat abs… but my six pack comming in seems to be kind of rollie and weird like this

You're complaining about that!? Are you serious? Maybe you should diversify your ab exercises, there is SO much more than just sit ups, and eat more. It seems you are complaining about too much definition. More ab fat will soften those "rollie & weird" muscles!

I don't have a completely flat stomach.And I have stomach fat.But I wouldn't consider myself "fat".I'm 16. 5'8 140lbs.And I do exercise on a daily basis(just very light) If I were to sign up for some kind of fitness club how long would it take to get defined abs?And do the trainers set you up on a program?
I'm actually serious about my question…I was honestly curious to see how long it would take.
