I have reduced fat now whats some good exercises to get Abs?

Just say what are some good exercises to get abs instead of sit-ups. I already know situps but i need something else.

U could try laying flat on ur back,hands at ur sides and pointing ur toes. Then u slowly raise ur legs-pointed toes and all!-as high as u can get 'em then again slowly lower them 'til ur a few inches off the ground and hold 'em there for a couple of minutes then bring 'em to the ground again! Repeat this as many times as u can.Do this exercise as frequently as u want!

-Another one is to lie on ur stomach and raise ur body diagonally by resting on ur forearms and toes only keeping the rest of ur body perfectly straight. Keep ur body raised thus for as long as u can! Try this one in the morning and evening('bout 3 min. is enough each tym!)

These may seem weird to u when u read them but try them out and u'll see they work and u feel some burn in ur abdominal muscles!!! >:)

Should I wait til after I lose weight to start toning my abs? What exercises should I do with them?

I'm getting ready to start my diet again because I need to lose 10-15 pounds. Last time it only took 2 weeks, so I'm wondering when I should start working on my abs. I'm 5'5-5'6 and 145 lbs.

I'm pretty good at sticking to my diet, but it is hard to get motivated to work on my abs. Do you know what exercises are best for that area?

Nice to hear that your seriously taking in weight reducing. Like me before, we shared the same problems. I had this difficulty of getting rid of my beer belly but its gone no more. All i had to do is to combine diet and exercise. U can do ur abs exercises both at the same time while you reduce your weight. No need to wait when u get slimmer. The best and most tested abs exercise is running at a right speed and combined it with abs crunches. Try to run in an oval or terrain everyday, you will be surprised that you get more sexier, tone abs and a more healthy.

Did i say, to lessen your food intake? You have to limit it. It is difficult to have a real diet because it cause some discomfort like a little head ache but you can eventually overcome it. Eat more healthy food like fruit and vegetables and avoid junk foods and fatty oil forever in your diet and you could see a new beautiful you. I look forward to see you healthy, fit and gorgeous.

i am a girl aged 15 i play alot of sport and want to strengthen my abs mainly lower abs. ~The equptment i have is an exercise ball and 1.5kg,3kg and 5kg weights. Any other good exercises i could try for legs, butt, arms etc please help :D
For your legs and butt, nothing works like the lunge. If you do sports, I'm sure you know how to do a lunge. Try doing 10-15 of those across a hallway or something. Also good for legs and butt are squats. Don't let your knee go past your ankle, instead act like you're lowering your butt to sit on a chair. You can add the handweights to either of these exercises. For abs, try leg lifts. Lay on your back and lift the legs (keeping them straight) 10 times up (try to get a 90 degree angle) 10 times to the left, and 10 times to the right. Push ups, while they aren't the most fun exercise, are awesome for your arms and abs. Have fun!

What are some good simple butt and abs exercises?

Ok so my butt is like PUNY and my stomach isnt fat or anything but i just want to tone it and make it stronger. Will butt exercises make my butt bigger? Which kind should i do for my butt and abs, how many times a week and how long should i spend doing it before i see any results (bigger butt, toned abs)?

If you want to enhance your butt you should do squats….your entire backside (butt and legs) will grow and tone. Warning: this is probably the most grueling weight lifting exercise in my opinion.

As far as your abs, there are tons of exercises. my favorite is flutter kicks. lie flat on your back, put your hands under your butt, and hold your legs out straight. keep your feet about 6 inches above the ground and move your legs up and down.
